MAKING OF HOME THEATRE BY OWN

Make your own high quality 2.1 Home Theater System which is 100 watts RMS. 2+1 channel. 2 channels are 100 watts each and subwoofer is 50 watt. Among the inputs one is for USB/MP3 player with built in Bluetooth. It also has SD card slot, USB slot, Aux input and listen songs from your mobile through Bluetooth. I am not able to find any suitable cabinet for this amplifier. So I took card box and I cut and installed all the components as per requirement.

COMPONENTS REQUIRED :

1.) 2.1 Home Theater Board》Rs.- 150 2.) 12-0-12 2A Transformer》Rs.- 110 3A Transformer》Rs.- 130

3.) 4 inch speaker(2 speakers) 》Rs.- 120+120=240

4.) 4 inch subwoofer》Rs.- 90 6 inch subwoofer》Rs. - 150 5.) Bluetooth Panel with remote》Rs.- 120 6.) Bass 3 pin 100k potentiometer》Rs.- 8 7.) Volume 6 pin 100k potentiometer》Rs.-10

1) 2.1 Home Theater Board

2) 12-0-12 3A Transformer

3) Speakers(2 speakers)

4)Subwoofer(6 inch)

5) Bluetooth Panel with Remote

6) Bass 3 pin 100k potentiometer

7)Volume 6 pin 100k potentiometer

HOW TO MAKE :

1)  Firstly, i had connected 12-0-12v ,3A Transformer output to 2.1 channel home theatre kit to the 12,0 and 12 v as input.

2) Make ground pin common of both speakers and connect to 2.1 channel home theatre kit.And the remaining other two wires of speakers to left and right channel of home theatre kit.

3) Now connect subwoofer wires to woofer pins of home theatre kit.

4) Connect 3 pin 100k potentiometer to the bass input of home theatre kit.

5) Take 6 pin 100k potentiometer and for making it dual control sort 1st and 4th pin and then connect a wire to it and it goes to ground pin of home theatre kit. Now take two wire and connect to pin 2 and 5 of potentiometer and then connect to pin 2 and 5(V/C output) of home theatre kit. 

6) After that connect left,right and ground channel of mp3 module to pin 3,6 and ground of potentiometer..

7) And at last connect 5v and ground of mp3 module to home theatre kit. As home theatre gives 12 volt so you have to convert 12 volt to 5v beacause mp3 module needs 5 volt.

NOTE :-

In my case i had used REES52 3.3v/5v Breadboard Power Supply to give 12v as input from home theatre kit and provide 5v to mp3 module.
